THE VINEYARD
Ours vineyards
If something is essential in our vineyards, it is the land where our wines are born.
The ground (le terrois) that produces wines with great temperament and personality.
Wines that have a deep aromatic profile and a colorful range of tones. Wines that, on the palate, are creamy and smooth as a result of its extreme climate with winter frosts and hot, dry summers

Organic farming and ecology
We create organic wines
At present, ecological, organic or biological wine is defined as “wine made from ecologically grown grapes”, using agricultural techniques based on European Regulation 2092/91, obtaining grapes of the highest quality while respecting the environment and preserving or increasing the fertility of the cultivation soil, through the optimal use of natural resources, without synthetic chemicals such as chemical fertilizers, insecticides, pesticides … avoiding the existence of undesirable residues in the wine; therefore, obtaining a healthier and high quality food.
At present, we have our line of organic wines in the LaurAna and Las Chicas brands.
We believe in sustainability…
And in our social responsibility because we understand by sustainability the development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the capacity of future generations, guaranteeing the balance between economic growth, caring for the environment and social well-being.
Saving water
Respecting the ecosystem that surrounds our vineyards and committed to the rural environment that hosts them, we have installed drip irrigation systems in the vineyards, controlled by telematics to save water, as well as a treatment plant to control spills.
Ecological balance
Our agricultural practices are fully sustainable and respectful of the ecosystem, thereby maintaining the antioxidant properties of grapes and their health benefits.
Ecosystem
We understand the enviable location of our vineyards, located in a wide area of great economic value and flanked by a National Park, such as Las Tablas de Daimiel, and a Natural Park, such as Las Lagunas de Ruidera.
For this reason, we assume the responsibility of caring with the utmost zeal for the maintenance and ecological balance of these enclaves.
